A NETHERTON man is to face trial after he denied a total of ten charges involving the possession of over 1,400 indecent photographs and more than 50 films involving young children.

Andrew Waddell-Tillbrook, aged 60, of Park Road, was remanded on conditional bail at Wolverhampton Crown Court until his trial which is scheduled to begin on Tuesday October 29 and last for two days.

Judge John Warner ruled he could have bail on condition he has no unsupervised contact with any child under 16 years of age.

The court was told the pornographic photographs and films recovered by police involved all levels including level five – the worst category.
