A Surrey woman has been charged in the U.S. in connection with a bizarre case of arranging to meet a man to have sex with his children.
The Washington Post reports that Theresa Goddard, 45, is charged with attempting to persuade, induce, entice and coerce a minor to engage in sexual activity.
She was arrested on June 26 in Washington, DC as she landed at Dulles International Airport, according to the report.
Federal agents launched an investigation after the woman allegedly posted an advertisement on a taboo subjects website seeking an “incest family.”
An undercover agent told Goddard online that he had two children, making up a 10-year-old daughter named Amy and a nine-year-old son named Mark, according to the Post.
The report says investigators allege Goddard sent the agent graphic messages and pictures of herself and they agreed to meet in Virginia.
