A CONVICTED child sex perv is being sued by two of his alleged victims after winning big on the lottery.
Timothy Poole won $3m (£1.93m) on the Florida state lottery in the US earlier this month.
He even gave a smug smile and posed for a photo with his check – after taking a lump sum payment of about $2.2m (£1.4m).
His victims – two brothers who were nine and five when Poole was arrested – filed a lawsuit at the Orange County Courthouse on December 22 giving him just a few weeks to respond.
Their attorney also filed an emergency motion to freeze the jackpot – as he has already left the state.
Poole was accused of the sexual battery of a nine-year-old boy in 1996.
He denied the allegations but pleaded guilty to attempted sexual battery and served 13 months in jail.
However, he has always strenuously denied the claims, despite his guilty plea.
He said last month: “It may be hard for some to believe, but sometimes people are wrongly accused.”
His probation was revoked in 2003 after he failed to show up to counselling.
